Please consider the following, and offer three (3) responses between one (1) and three (3) sentences in length.
Scenario: You are a junior attorney at the prestigious firm Limon-Centeno, PC. A small business client asks for your advice concerning her desire to bid on a public project in her business area: janitorial services. Before bidding she, Colbi Cleaver’s Cleaning, wants your perspective on the possible award, which will require her hiring of at least fifteen (15) new employees, and likely purchasing two (2) more company vehicles. She also has an existing contract with a supplier for janitorial supplies that will need to be amended to accommodate increased use of products, if awarded.
What are three (3) factors, ideas, and/or questions that you will pose to this client?
One example (so don’t use this please) of a question I might ask, given this fact pattern: Are you currently the sole employee, or do you have any employees presently? Another example (so don’t use this please) of a question I might ask, given this fact pattern: How many commercial properties/facilities does she currently clean, and how many is she proposing to clean with her prospective bid?
