This question looks at external analysis of the case and focuses on the analysis of the macro-environment. Week 6 presents two frameworks that are relevant for preparing a solid answer (see Sections 2 and 3). Select only one of the two frameworks and structure a solid analysis. It is important to support your analysis with evidence from the material provided in the case. You can look at Activities 6.4, 6.5, and 6.7 in Week 6 as references for building up a solid analysis. You can also add a representation of the models using the slides in PowerPoint and copying and pasting them in the Word document as images.
