For this Internet research assignment, research an aircraft incident related to the fuel system. The incident could be while in flight or on the ground. Explain the design of the fuel system, what caused the incident, whether or not the design of the fuel system contributed to the incident and/or any other problems associated with the fuel system (e.g. fuel imbalance). Discuss the findings and recommendations and if the aircraft incident could have been prevented.
