The objective is to conduct market studies and assess the feasibility of a proposed hotel development

Your group is required to identify the location and find either a piece of empty land on which the hotel can be built or an existing building, which can be renovated and repositioned as a luxury lifestyle hotel. Upon selecting the land or the existing building, legal and administrative domain, in particular, zoning, license, and building codes, needs to be examined.

The chosen land choose is an abandoned theme park, in Maggie Valley in the United States.

From that place we are building a 5 stars romantic hotel called « Nid d’amour ».

Demand Analysis: This section of the report is the pivotal section of a feasibility report.
