Q2. Discuss specifically how this project meets the definition of a project used in this course.
Q3. Clearly identify the project constraints.
Q4. What were the functions of the Project Manager?
Q5. What risks were present in the project and how were the risks dealt with?
Assignment Guidelines
You MUST submit your answers in the form of typed REPORT (approx. 2000 – 3000 words),
organized into the following sections:
Cover page
Title page – clear indication of topic, your name, course, purpose, date (approx.), etc. Abstract/Summary – give a brief summary of your work including major achievements Contents page – your work must be paginated (especially if 10 pages or more)
1. Introduction – clear introduction of the subject of your work
2. Background/Theory – some information about previous work on the subject
3. Assignment Questions – clearly set out your answers to the assignment questions (use headings)
4. Results – clearly outline any notable achievements
5. Discussion – clearly explain the importance/significance of your work
6. Conclusion(s) – clearly outline what lessons can be learned from the work undertaken
7. Recommendation(s) – suggest any possible area(s) for further improvement and/or study
References/Bibliography – clearly outline the source(s) of information of your work (using the Harvard referencing system/style)
Appendix – You MUST attach a copy of the Assignment Brief to your Report together with other appendix (if any)
Notes:
