You are a business consultant and commissioned by an organisation client on the business expansion plan of a newly emerging mobile phone brand. The company you are working for requires you to make recommendations for potential entry into the mobile phone industry in either of UK or Russia or both or none of these two countries. You are expected to present an analysis of the mobile phone industry in both countries before a decision is made.
The business organisation you work for would like to see: a critical comparison of two companies in each of the mobile phone industries (four companies in total) in both countries between 2010 and 2018. This includes a comparison of their market share within each country and the potential reasons behind the different performances (from two of the PESTL aspects). You then need to compare the impact of the business environment on their performance between these two countries. Based on this, you will make recommendations with regard to whether or not the client should expand in one, both or either of the two countries
