This paper is about being creative with the writing. Write about life experienced and witnessed as the leadership role in the healthcare management field. Let say you been serving in this role for 5 years and you have experienced and witnessed that things didn’t work out the way you planned it and now that your team is falling apart and organization is having a hard time growing the profits. Answer the following questions:
1. Why it didn’t work out?
2. How did you deal with that?
3. What lessons you learned from the situation?
Used at least 2 textbooks and journal articles to help support the statements and how did you come up with the ideas.
Review example writing before starting the paper.
Paper is 2 pages long with single space. Word counts doesn’t matter.
