Detailed instructions follow so please read carefully. Format: Assignments must be typed and in 12 point Times or Calibri font. Your citation needs to be in MLA format. It can often be found at the bottom of an article from the databases. The two entries should be in alphabetical order, by author last name. The format of the entry is as follows:1. MLA citation 2. Summary(10 sentences minimum). 3. Credibility (5 sentences minimum): This is where you comment on the credibility of the author and source. How do you know it is reliable, accurate information? Research where it is from and who the author is. Refer to the ideas from the CRAAP test of credibility. 4. Reflection (10 sentences minimum): This is where you reflect on your opinion of the issue, why it is interesting to you, why you wanted to research it further, what background or personal knowledge/experience you have with the ideas presented in the article. You might also ask questions that the article makes you think of, what you still wonder, what you want to learn more about. This section should not be the same for both articles – since each article will have its own perspective on the topic, there should be different things you can focus on for each article. *** You will have two articles about the same topic, so if this was my assignment I would follow this entry with an annotated bibliography for article #2. The articles can be on the same side of the issue or can be opposing in their viewpoints.
