►Investigating Leadership interview You are to select someone whose way of being occurs for you as an inspiring model of integrated leadership/followership. This could be someone from a wide variety of fields – business, education, human services, health, religion/spirituality, the arts, and so on. Interview this individual for a minimum of one hour to find out about their views of leadership and followership. This could include: their philosophy, strengths and weaknesses as a leader, major challenges they face regarding leadership and/or followership, some joys and pains associated with their different roles, specific advice for you as to what helps the most in personal development. If time and circumstances permit, interview other individuals who know this person to get alternative views of your subject.
