EFFECTIVE BUSINESS COMUNICATION
1. Choose a country of your choice(Italy or Malta). It could be your country or another country you know well, or you could choose and country you are interested in.
Write short guide description of the cultural norms in business in this country.
Advise other nationalities on how to conduct business well in your chosen country.
2.Choose a public speaker who you think is particularly successful. Analyse how they are persuasive and what you enjoy about their style of speaking as well as their body language.

3. create a 5 minute oral/ video presentation to answer the question: What makes an effective manager? (can you please just write the script?)
You will be graded on:
– The structure of your presentation – introduction, logical progression of ideas, conclusion
– Content
– Delivery
4.Five times five report: Read the description of the situation and the decision that Five Times Five is facing. Analyse the different points of view of the different employees in the company. Write a report giving your opinion on what the final decision in this situation should be and analyse the positive and negative implications it will have on the company, their client base, their profits and their employees.
