When Introducing the topic, make sure it has a purpose and that you are using it to support a claim or argument. Additionally, you need to further explain how that evidence supports your argument.

Latin American Conquest (and Reconquest) and its residual effects
Choose up to three countries to focus on. Compare and contrast the colonial experience of each. Discuss, compare and contrast the post-colonial experience (after independence) of each include events leading up to independence. Discuss current political and economic state of each country and how the conquest(s) have impacted their people/government/infrastructure/politics. Do this for each and between each country.
