Overview:

A SWOT analysis is a strategic methodology tool used for planning and composing a plan to achieve goals, examine competitors, identify areas for improvement, and to better understand how to keep the business operations relevant in the current industry.

Submit the following in a Word document.

Step 1: In your own words explain how this method (SWOT) was used to examine various aspects of a business (the one you created), its industry (that you researched), and the competitors (in the industry that you researched). It’s okay to recap your original SWOT analysis from Part 1 and/or information from your research for Parts 1 and 2.

Step 2: In your own words, discuss how you (and/or your team) decided on the services offered, the products offered, and how that compared to the competition.

Step 3: In your own words write at least one fully developed paragraph discussing what you learned through doing this project (both with your group and individually).
