2. Look at the facts in the case. What facts support, or do not support, the required AR and MR?
3. Are there any defences that the accused might raise?
4. Conclusion – do you think that if the Crown laid charges, the accused would be convicted? Make sure to provide an argument here. You should also consider whether this case is similar or dissimilar to other cases we have looked at. E.g. if this case sounds just like the facts in R v Wilkins then you should consider whether the accused will be acquitted for the same reasons.
