Should business students be required to study the liberal arts or should their time

TOPIC:
The liberal arts include (but are not limited to) philosophy, literature, theater and history. Each of these disciplines, when studied rigorously, explore the nature of human behavior and decision making, logic and argument, cultural difference and sharpen the students ability to write and communicate. They have little to say about the current trends and strategies associated with business and industry. Should business students be required to study the liberal arts or should their time be spent studying current business trends and strategies exclusively?

Objective and Directions:
o The Final Project asks students to synthesize all of the skills developed throughout the course and to apply them to real-world scenarios and debates
o The paper should be around 4-5 full pages in length (in Times New Roman, 12-point font, formatted according to APA style conventions)
