Communications

I need a final paper that is 5-7 pages and integrates what I have learned from my communication classes with my internship. For my internship I have been working with an American Association baseball team (let’s call them the cows). I am the game day operations intern. I have the following responsibilities:
Creating in-game scripts
Running in-game promotions on the field and in the stands
Assist in managing part-time game staff
Assist in setting up the Stadium before each home game
Apply ideas to promotional events
Provide exceptional customer service
Oversee respective areas of game operation
Ensure that each fan enjoys their experience
Learn Ticket Master operating system
Host the games (talk on the field and explain the games to the crowd)

The paper has no rubric, but it needs to be college level and include communication terms. I have been writing journal entries each day that have talked bout creating interpersonal relationships with my coworkers, working on communication flow with the team, how it’s a high context culture, how hosting the games is my favorite part, and things like that. It just needs to be a well rounded paper that talks about the job and my responsibilities and how they relate back to my communication classes. I will send pictures of my journal entries so you know what to write about a little bit.
