Discussion Question – Population Growth

Population of Poor world in 60 years = __________8.0885_________ with decreasing growth rate that reaches ZPG.
So here’s the question Which of these two population figures do you think is more realistic for the Poor world in the year 2075? Furthermore, do you think it’s possible for the poor countries of the world to reach ZPG by 2075? What role do you think wealthy nations should play in this? Do we as Americans have a right to tell other countries how to control their populations? If we’re concerned about the issue of overpopulation, is there something WE should do about it? Should we even be concerned about overpopulation, or would we be better off with more people on the planet?
