For your course paper, you will need to find a drug that is either indicated for dental use or has a significant effect on the oral cavity (ex: Dilantin). You should list both the generic and brand names, indications for use and if there are alternative uses (like when we discussed Rogain and how it was discovered to help grow hair even though it was being developed to treat something else) , contraindications for use, dental considerations, adverse reactions (significant ones), and any other interesting facts, along with the pregnancy category for the drug. The paper should be 3 pages in length, double spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font. There should be a 4th page containing a reference page and there should be no less than three professional references listed (this means no using Wikipedia or other non-scholarly types of pages). The paper should be free of grammatical errors, spelling errors, and proper grammar should be used. Citations and references can be APA or MLA format. You do not need a cover page but make sure to put your name on it. Foot notes are not allowed. Citations are necessary.
