For this Assignment, you will write a 4-6 page expository paper, not including title and reference pages, evaluating ethical, legal, and forensic issues in neuropsychology as they impact clinical practice. Review the Case Study: Donna from Chapter 14 in your textbook. Specifically, focus on how Donna experienced a traumatic brain injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver while riding her bicycle. Assume that following the injury, Donna requested a neuropsychological evaluation as part of a court case to seek damages for the injuries she sustained. Include the following in your paper: Apply specific principles from the American Psychological Association’s Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct to conducting a neuropsychological evaluation for forensic purposes.
