Background:started an an LPN in long term care, which I’ve worked in for 10 years . I’ve also worked 5 years in a medical surgical unit as an RN. I found working with the older population meaningful and rewarding. My immediate goal is to obtain entrance in the graduate program at this particular school while I continue to in work with our older population. My long term goal is to obtain my graduate degree in adult gerontology and gain experience to care for our elderly population
