After carefully considering the 4 criminological theoretical perspectives discussed in Chapter 5, please identify any type of cybercrime that we have discussed so far in class and use any one of these 4 theoretical perspectives to explain how it best examines this particular form of cybercrime. It must be evident that you have a clear understanding of the theoretical perspective. You must be able to apply it properly and should be sure to elaborate and defend your answer.
Next, in your opinion, can cybercrime researchers learn more from interviewing law enforcement personnel or offenders? Again, fully elaborate and defend your answer. You may also refer to any aspect of the assigned readings that we have covered thus far this semester.
Next, after reflecting upon Chapter 6, do you believe that the United States judicial system will adopt an image classification scale based upon the COPINE scale anytime soon? Why or why not?
