How is the market changing and the brand can address digitally? What opportunities the brand can act on ASAP which the competition is ignoring? Is there any digital channel that needs to be explored?

Examples: The competition has better SEO/SEM strategy, the brand messaging for the competitor is consistent, the social media of the competitors is on point; Who are the competitors? Has there been an increase in competition lately? Where and why? What are they doing better than us? What can they replicate easily?
