You will choose a case based on personal experience or the experience of someone you know. In your paper you will:
present a description of the issue, situation or problem you address;
discuss the leadership ramifications of the case;
make use of theory here;
discuss how the issue, situation, or problem was addressed;
offer your assessment of how the problem was addressed;
identify how power plays a role in the case study
when appropriate, offer alternative action/resolution strategies with a detailed rationale
