Exercise for the diabetes population

This paper will be a minimum of 3 pages. This paper should be no longer than 5 pages. Title page does not count as a page. On the last page, you will need to provide an exercise program for a specific client. Be sure to include a client profile (name, age, gender, etc.). Also, be sure to include what exercises to do, what not to do, and why.
The paper will be typed, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font ONLY.
The paper should include a title page.
The paper should include a bibliography.
You will need to use professional journals and resources. At least 2 sources must be from a journal (peer reviewed). Please do not use websites only. If you use a website, it will need to be a professional, medical site (not just Wikipedia or any other site with information-WebMD, Mayo Clinic, Medline Plus, AMA are examples of acceptable websites). If you use a website, be sure you site it correctly on your bibliography page.
Choose a “special population” (mine is diabetes population) that you would like to research to learn more about. Then take some time to tell me alllllllll about that special population (what makes them special, what issues do they have, how common is it, how can exercise benefit them, what should we look out for when prescribing exercise plans for them, etc.). That is where most of your information will be located. Be sure to tell me where you find your information and use proper citations. This first portion is to be in paragraph form… THEN create a hypothetical client that fits within your special population and tell me about them (Tom Thumb is a 48 year old puerto rican male that is affected by type 2 diabetes. He has not been active for the past several years…………etc…). Make it your own. This will also be in paragraph form.

THEN create an exercise plan for your hypothetical client. This would be best presented in chart/table/bullet point format. Make sure that you are providing exercises that will be beneficial and are not contraindicated by their condition.
