You can find the coaching philosophy worksheet template in the upper right corner of your NFHS course under resources and educational athletics and the role of the teacher/coach.
This template will guide you through this coaching philosophy paper. Starting on page 3 with the mission statement of your organization, construct your coaching philosophy paper by addressing each of the questions.
Choose any school or club and use that as your mission statement. Can be your high school, college, or other club. Must find their mission statement and you can use that.
Take the questions on pages 3-8 and put it in a paper with attention to answering each of the questions in your paper and construct your coaching philosophy.
As a reminder, I am looking for an introduction, body, and conclusion. If you use resources, be sure to cite those in the paper.
This should be a detailed paper as it is worth 250 points. Put some thought, time, and detail into it and you will get good results.
