What are some specific strategies and skills that you could use with clients (hint: chapter 6 and 7 reading gives you specific pointers on how to elicit and maintain change talk). Do you see this working with your clients? Why or why not? Lastly, talk about how you know a client is ready to transition from just talking about change to planning for change and committing to these plans.
