Statement of Purpose Letter for Doctoral Admission

I want to apply to Ph.D. in the school, culture, and society program at the University of Iowa. I applied before for this program, but they rejected me due to the lack of information and unclear and weak purpose to apply to the program. I studied for my master’s degree in the same program and really believe that after 2 years they have a higher expectation from me to provide a better and strong statement of purpose letter to be approved. This time I still have the same problem I have some very broad ideas that need to be all gathered to a clear and strong title of interest (proposal interest). I have to clearly identify what is the title of my interest and in the better word create a subject for my future dissertation based on my interests. I want to work with two faculty members of the program whose research areas are close to my interests, which are cultural diversity, multicultural competency, minority education, women of color education, student engagement, diversity, and minority education. I provided the information of each professor to have a better understanding of their research areas.
