You paper content looks good, but the formatting needs correction. Use the student sample, not the professional version of the sample.

Your cover page is not correct, no more running head and the 5 lines are not correct see the link above for the sample paper.. On page 2 you are missing a title, it should be in bold and centered, with a page number in the upper right corner. Nor running head.
The entire paper should be doubled spaced in APA 7th edition, you have extra spaces between paragraphs, each paragraph should be indented 5 spaces to start the paragraph.

The sponsor paper should have its own title in bold centered. no running head. The questions should be added as a narrative, do not include them in your paper, it is not the correct APA style. Since you are using personal communication you must have that as an intext citation, where you put Lauren says…. put at the end of the paragraph or what he said (Albert, personal communication, November 22,2020) or whatever day you did the interview, you do not list this personal communication intext citation on the reference then insert this in text citation in whatever paragraph you paraphrased or quoted him
