Is healthcare a right? –you will be on the side that it is

Thesis will need to be very similar to this: I will argue that, like Daniels states, healthcare is a right. I will argue that healthcare quality should not be based solely on cost. I will also argue that everyone should have access to healthcare, even if it is based upon their income availability, the ability to access healthcare should remain the same.

For the actual paper, the overall structure might well be something like this:
Introduction – frame the debate briefly and then clearly state your thesis (I will argue that _____). Next indicate, in brief, the primary rationale/argument behind your support for that thesis (why do you endorse it). Then provide a brief outline of the structure that your paper will follow.
Your Main Argument – In the context of the relevant debate, lay out your argument in defense of your position, your thesis. Be clear about what premises your argument relies upon and about why the conclusion follows.
Objections – Consider and respond to the most serious objections to your position. Be clear about why your position withstands those objections and about any concessions those objections may force (they may explain, e.g., why your thesis is framed in a way that is more nuanced than it otherwise might be).
Conclusion – Summarize your argument and restate your thesis. Clarify the implications of your view and any limitations of your argument.
