You have to read the project I uploaded on file and you have to choose two strategies you think this project should change.
For example, this project on the pricing strategy in US, they use skimming and you decide they should change the pricing strategy to penetration and also, you have to explain why you think the change should help the company on the project.
Another example, this project on the competitive international strategy, they use offense and conservative, but you decide they should use defense and aggressive.
You have to focus on two strategies you should change on this project and explain with examples why the change of the strategy
you choose is better than the strategy they use on the project.
