You have to read carefully the “coca-cola project” attached on the files and you have to find one strategy it was used on “coca-cola project” and you think it should be changed to a different strategy to make the “coca-cola project” works better.

Other option is change one framework that could be SWOT,enablers of growth, etc. For example, if you choose SWOT, you can focus on weakness and talk about the weakness of “coca-cola project” and find some innovations or alternatives to reduce the weaknesses of the “coca-cola company”.
