2. One day an angry client says to Harry, his social worker, “You damn social workers have too much power. You’re bullies.” Taken aback Harry discusses this comment with his supervisor. The supervisor asks Harry to two ways his formal authority related to his client is restrained. In addition, she asks him to identify specific legal rights the client has to balance or respond to his concern about Harry’s power over him. If you were Harry, how would you respond to your supervisor?

4. In order for a child in foster care to be freed for adoption, the parents’ parental rights must first be ended. Describe two mechanisms that can be used to accomplish this.
