Submit a 2-3 page synopsis of the book you read about your leader AND describe your plan for completing the final project.
Your plan should include the intended medium of your presentation (Powerpoint, etc), the topics that will be covered, and the general organization.
For your final project
you will research and develop a presentation (Mahatma Ghandi).
Your presentation can be as creative as you would like. However, it must meet the following requirements:
• Provide meaningful details on the leader’s background.
• Describe at least three leadership characteristics based on what you have learned from the course materials.
• Explain at least one success and one failure this person experienced as a leader.
• Describe the reactions of others to this leader. Was this leader accepted, embraced?
• Identify at least one of the leadership styles or theories this leader operates under and explain your rationale.
