Select an organization and conduct a SWOT Analysis. This project is the artifact that must be uploaded to your ePortfolio and is required for the major in Organizational Leadership. In this Leadership Theory I class, we have discussed the leadership role within the principles and practice of management of organizations. The two functions of management addressed in the class were planning and organizing with a particular focus on strategic management.
The project assigned will assist you with synthesizing your prior knowledge with the new knowledge you have gained during the class.
The objective of this assignment is for you to begin thinking strategically so you can continue on your journey of becoming an effective leader for any organization.
You should add a “References” (APA) page at the end of your document to list all resources that you used to prepare the project/paper.

For example: The goal will be to reduce X by Y % in 180 days in order to achieve ABC. This will be helpful when you take Leadership II as this will be the source of your Implementation project.
Advice with regards to using numbers in APA formats that are not a proper noun, such as a title: write out numbers one through ten, then use numerals from 11 on.
Review all items for consistency with regards to fonts, sizes, spacing, etc. This aids in presentation and promotes readability.
Please be consistent with the use of names and terms: U.S. Air Force or Air Force are used sometimes interchangeably-pick one. Maintaining consistency is very helpful for the reader.
Once you identify an acronym upon the first use, continue using it.
