Porto’s Bakery Operations/Supply Chain Management Plan
Objective is to build an Operations/Supply Chain Management Plan for Porto’s Bakery. Company website: https://www.portosbakery.com/
The purpose of the assignment is to have students show the entire supply chain in graphics as well as an 8 page paper (not including title & reference page) of how materials are sourced, developed, built, packaged, stored, packaged, transported and stored and to develop the customer experience feedback loop. They are to include sustainability issues as well as cost of goods sold (COGS).
Format of paper:
This paper will have a minimum of ten level 1 headings which includes Overview of Management Plan, Demographic of customer, Design of the Supply Chain, Supplier Relationship Management Plan, Production, Packaging, Transportation, Cost of Goods Sold, CRM, Sustainability and CSR Plan (See attached for more info)
You will have at least two level 2 headings under each level 1 heading and at least one of the level 2 headings will have a citation.
