You will research how the disease/disorder that you chose has impacted society in the past and how it currently impacts society. This should include:
1) Background information about the disease
2) Failures of research (mistakes or misinformation about the disease) Ex: AIDS only affects the gay community.
3) Successful research and treatments of the disease
4) Descriptions and examples of how society is currently being impacted by your chosen topic.
