Summary

You have requested that the C-Suite approve resources to develop and deliver a training program to all supervisors within the organization titled, “Counseling and Discipline”(attached). There are currently 87 supervisors to whom one or more staff report. The C-Suite agreed to the project; however, there was general agreement before moving forward that they wanted you to provide a report on the work product of the development team involved in creating the initiative.

Since receiving that instruction, the team had created a workbook- (attached)(download)and instructors’ manual (attached/download) to guide both participants and trainers in their involvement with the class. In order to prepare your report to the C-Suite you decided to use your standard Quality Checklist.doc (attached)to assess progress to date.

Review the workbook and instructors’ manual using the quality checklist, completing the column “Evaluator’s Comments” for each entry;
Write a report that summarizes your findings;
Include in the report whatever changes you believe the team should make based on your findings.
