Needs Assessment
Write a 2-page memo assessing the extent to which the organization conducted an extensive needs assessment to justify its activities. Review the supplied program documents and the supplemental research you conduct and draw on 3-5 concepts from Chapter 4 in the textbook to make your assessment.
Textbook is: “Evaluation: A systemic Approach by Rossi, Lipsey and Freeman, 7th Edition.” And I would provide the program documents that would have to be looked at.
Integrate the results of your excel demonstration in this assignment.
Make sure:
1) The memo draws on 3-5 concepts from chapter 4, to assess the extent to which the organization conducted an extensive needs assessment to justify the activities
2) Use Excel to demonstrate need: memo demonstrates a potential need to derive from Excel analysis
3) memo demonstrates enhanced understanding about what constitutes an effective needs assessment and the importance of needs assessment in program evaluation.
