Here it is:The play Richard III, by William Shakespeare, is about a notorious monarch named Richard who is crippled with a deformity. Richard III is determined to be king of England and is willing to go to great lengths in order to achieve his goal. Richards shows the audience that he is willing to manipulate,decieve, and use his intelligence to satisfy his desire for power. As the play unfolds, Richard III’s unquenchable thirst for power, shown through his calculated ways, start to become his downfall. Richard III is depicted as a socially destructive and politically overconfident. The way he interacts with the other characters in the play, as well as what he discloses as his objectives, reveal his destructive potential.
