Policy Review of the Affordable Care Act of 2010

For this order, the following is required:

– A 3-page, double-spaced outline of certain aspects of the government and how the ACA comes into play
– The three files I’ve attached are vital to understanding what exactly needs to be written, please make sure to view all three
– In regards to the above point, the “Paper Advice” file illustrates how the paper has THREE different elements. Each paragraph serves to fulfill one element
– As the same file stated, the paper is a review of the ACA, a very specific law that was passed. It isn’t an opinion paper, so, therefore, isn’t a persuasive essay or anything of the sort
– Please feel free to freely use online information about the ACA for guidance on what to write (but DON’T use any sites like Wikipedia)
– For citing sources, just include parentheses of the author name and year, APA style (for instance: (Johnson 2008)). Make sure to do this for each paragraph, so I know which sources you used for each of the paragraphs. Definitely include the url’s at the end of the document as well. You DON’T have to worry about formatting the references (for the References page), I’ll do that on my end.
– You may have noticed that there’s no introduction or conclusion paragraphs. That’s because I will write those on my end.
