A key focus of this video is encouraging farmers to fight for their well-being. Farmers lay the foundation for economic growth, but bad leadership strategies short-live their efforts. One of the speakers in the video communicates the need for farmers to fight for their interests. This shows the leader’s neglect of the needs and interests of the farmers.
