Hardworking and intelligence are vital when it comes to the academic excellence of the child. Business studies are one of the essential subjects that are taught to most students in the world. It helps students to stay focused and be competitive (VentureLab, 2019). They strive to have a healthy competition to be better than the other. The concepts of being competitive are taught in business studies and help students’ in the job market. At times they are negative aspects that hinder the success journey, including lack of motivation and lack of competition. Most people think those students who excel in business studies are intelligent (Pinkstone, 2019). However, that is not true since many students have excelled in the same due to hardworking, and dedicating more time to the subject.

Intelligence is one of the ingredients of succeeding in business studies. However, intelligence refers to the creativity and smartness of an individual to understand a particular concept. Hence, intelligent people make smart strategies that help them achieve success. Hardworking is necessary to drive an individual to achieve academic success (Mei & Siraj, 2018).  There is a common phrase used by people which says that hard work is the key to success—the same attributes to the study of business. The phrase shows the importance of working hard in school to achieve one’s objectives. An intelligent person who does not work hard is at risk of implementing the concepts taught in reality (McKenna & Sobuwa, 2020).  The laziness pulls him or her down, eventually failing and not performing to exceptions.  Several students have excelled in business due to their hardworking and dedication to achieve success (Faiyad, 2020). Business is not a complex subject, and hardworking student gains their reward.
