Hello Natalie, I agree with you that non-financial barriers in the health sector have adverse consequences on the people as well as the policymakers. Healthcare affordability and reliability can be effective only when communication, accommodation, and availability are a presence in the government, its policies, and systems (Kullgren, 2012). I believe as much as trust and effective communication is essential, it is not only the responsibility of the healthcare providers to provide solutions to the people, but also community engagement is vital and an added advantage. Your developed program is instrumental and friendly; getting to know a patient’s fears and needs can be a first and effective step to treating them. However, do you think other hospitals, healthcare facilities, and the states can adopt the issue of providing transport services to its patients from all over the residential areas? Considering their financial health.
