Atlantic Paper and Supplies (APS) is a business store established in 2001 by David Spancer. The company started as a local store supplying the residents of north Atlantis with office stationery. With the strong determination of its co-founder, the company created a strong customer based experience, luring most customers to prefer buying from his venture other than the rest of its competitors (Thomas, 2020).  APS Company overemphasized the role of customer support attracting its increased sales over the last nine years. Today, the company has grown into six regional stores with its parent office located in north Atlantis from where office stationery and equipment are shipped to other of its subsidiary branches for sales competitors (Thomas, 2020).  Apart from office stationery and equipment, the company has introduced its new product line of designing and furnishing services instead of merely delivering products to customers. APS supplies strive to deliver to its customer’s high quality office supplies from the range of furnishing, equipment, and advice as an after-sales service competitor (Thomas, 2020). The company’s key priority is to enable its customers to get the maximum benefit from the business operations.

The company aspires to become a leading producer of the office and equipment supplies across the global world competitors (Thomas, 2020). The company also endeavors to diversify its products across the versatile global market as attracting multinational business partners across the globe.

Market analysis

The company operates with a wide range of competitors, including both small and big business ventures. They include D&B Company, Delta control limited, all Shore industries as well as Excelsys Ltd. Most of these companies produce and supply office equipment on the local and international markets. Others like D&B are, however, based on the local market of north Atlantis (Thomas, 2020). North Atlantic Company enjoys the benefits of providing a wide range of products. The office stationery, office equipment, and design and furnishing services have kept the company on the market lead (Thomas, 2020). The strong financial health of the company has also boosted its financing of operations above the rest of the other companies. As a result, the company has remained competitive within the office supplies industry. However, the company faces the challenge of overdependence on its potential customers as well as poor expansion strategies in attaining maximum sales potentials. The company, as well grapples with poor E-commerce strategies in focusing on emerging markets within the office supplies industry.

To see the growth of the APS business rise exponentially, the company needs to introduce high-end social media connections that will see the business identify new potential business leads in maintaining a market niche within and across north Atlantis. With this, the company’s products will be displayed on the social media platforms from where a synchronized digital purchase is easily initiated in striving to deliver products at the comfort of a customer’s press of a button. The business as well must unveil a new product line that targets directly various corporations and new startups in introducing a business to business (B2B) operations (Blake, 2020). APS Company’s focus on the high-end market will enable the organization to maintain a market leader on the emerging market niche in office equipment and supply industry. The company also needs to integrate its furnishing designs with new designing techniques in creating a complete set of executive-level furniture. This will help the organization establish a good reputation from its unmatched quality. In trying to maintain a market leader, APS needs to introduce price skimming, by providing sales offers in trying to remain competitive within the market. The business also needs to consider creating new business stores across the global market to counter the completion arising from similar businesses operating across the international market.
