Portland, OR
Dear Sir,
Six months ago on August 20, Chung Iron Works installed an iron gate in a real estate property on NW 23rd Avenue.
It has been brought to our attention that a tenant at 921 NW 23rd Avenue, Portland, OR 92710 has problems with her gate. The two doors installed do not match in height causing the gate to stick and take considerable force to open, close, and lock it. There are also rust spots on its previously perfect white paint.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate the replacement of the gate and a durable paint job. The warranty is valid for one year. Enclosed is a copy of your company’s proposal and invoice.
I look forward to have this problem resolved. I will wait for 30 days before I file complaints with the relevant agencies and consider legal options. Contact me at the above address and phone number.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
