“Heroes”

When we see the word Heroes, we think of spiderman, superman or even batman. But in the

real world there are more than fiction they are Nurses. They save our lives every day without

thinking about themselves. I do not see them flying like superman, but they take a helicopter to

get to the patient. I do not see them walking or crawling like spiderman, but when a patient has a

seizure, they drop to the floor with the patient making sure they land well. A person becomes a

nurse for a reason, everyone has a story why they chose that career. When I was a young girl, I

wanted to become one to help people. But when you look at those student loan, it makes you

think twice about it. Of course, everyone says it worth it you will pay it back soon. In the old

days nursing was middle class or low-level women taking care of wounded soldiers.  Nurses

loans should be cut in half or forgiven, and they should receive more funding.

In the old days, Nurse did not have to pay for knowledge or training. Training in those days

were consider the same as chores at the house or babysitting. Nurses work hard on their feet for

12 hrs. to 16hrs. They get spit, punch, kick, and kill to save someone’s life.  The workload takes

a tour on their body, and they do it with proud ness.  After years pass the nurses end up with

lower back pain, herniated disc, fractures, Gerd, anxiety, and depending where they work with

paranoia. The sad part is that every year the rules changes. Now Hospitals are requiring for a

person to have a bachelor’s degree the cost is 54,000. The community schools they always have

a waiting list, so most students go to a private school. The most important thing is they care

about you and your family. We should show them respect, and give them what they deserve.

Nursing is one of the best and admirable professionals in the healthcare sector. Nurses are a vital part of the care system due to the support they offer to the patients. However, student loans tend to affect their ability to obtain attractive benefits. Governments should support nurses by reducing the loans halfway, forgiving them, or providing more funding to boost their motivation and job satisfaction. As a future nurse, I would wish that my government recognizes my efforts to gain more motivation in my work.

Nurses do what it takes to ensure that patients develop quality health and well-being. These professionals are not known to take pride in their care and attention to patients. However, their results indicate that they are a vital support system for the patients and the community. For example, during an emergency, a nurse provides first aid services. Their priority is to save lives amidst all situations.

The text targets global governments with a call to ensure that it offers appropriate incentives for nurses as they carry out their mandate. State and deferral governments must ensure that they support nurses in their careers by providing appropriate motivational strategies. For example, removing the training fee can allow nurses to undertake various professional courses to help save lives. However, some of these institutions might argue that the move attracts greater consideration of monetary gains than the call to save and protect lives.

The primary goal is to ensure that each government invests its time and efforts in boosting healthcare delivery. Nurses are a pivotal group in this sector, and every government must be committed to meeting and addressing their needs. A call for increased funding to the nursing field is a strategic move that can meet their needs.

Resources such as nurse salary and payment slips for their academic certifications are crucial in supporting the call to reduce, forgive loans, or increase funding opportunities. These resources can lead to adequate benefits for nurses globally as they assist responsible institutions in assessing the cost of education and acquired benefits revolving around their hectic duties.

In line with the nurse salary, loan reductions incorporated in their pay leave little for them to support their family members’ lives. As for the educational payment slips, nurses spend massive resources to gain skills but receive fewer returns despite their work’s demanding and hectic nature.

Reduced educational fees can enable nurses to pay for their studies satisfactorily. It protects nurses from the excessive financial burden associated with educational loans. In the long-run, nurses receive pay packages that cater to their needs.
