System Strategy and Direction

The healthcare system has various strategies that will govern its operations of bettering health services to patients. The number one strategy is to increase primary care clinics in surrounding societies. This will increase the accessibility of healthcare services and keep medical dollars within the rural area. The expansion will be monitored and pursued openly to increase partnering with other healthcare providers in the region. Another strategy in place is that of increasing financial sustainability. This stability is revealed by an acute awareness of the duties patients play in the institution. The number of patients reporting to the clinic increased in 2017. The Swing Bed program is the main focus, and effort has been made to improve the service, including elevating the market and doubling workers in the physical therapy and nursing environments.
