For a local bakery focused on relying on social media to promote its products, Instagram would be a suitable platform due to its audience and features that are suitable for marketing. For this reason, businesses should carefully select each platform to understand how best they can use them for promotional purposes.

Instagram has many active users and the highest percentage of the audience is made up of 18- to 29-year-olds. This makes Instagram a great platform for a local bakery with young customers, as it allows them to connect with these potential consumers. In addition, Instagram does not have any age restrictions or geographical limits, meaning that people of all ages and geographic locations can use it.
