ANSWER

An agile team is a group of people consisting of all factors required to produce a working and tested increment of a product.

I have no experience working in, or with an agile team. Among the benefits I foresee, should I get involved in the future are; getting a chance to work as a team, and learning how to achieve goals as a team. However, I also foresee difficulties. In most cases, teams are faced with leadership problems which tend to affect smooth running of projects. On the other hand, members in agile teams are likely to experience behavioral change. For instance, different people use different approaches to get things done. When this is the case, changing these traits to conform with team expectations could be an issue. Lack of dedication – sometimes, some members may not be as dedicated as others and this may be an issue when the more dedicated realizes that others are not (Whitworth et al, 2007).

To solve these problems, there would be need for leaders to make all members understand the importance of the project at hand, to explain why we as members should be dedicated and use same approach to get things done.
