Subject: Introduction of Artificial Intelligence to the Company

It is with great pleasure that I announce to all departments the Microsoft Corporation will begin using artificially intelligent systems in all active information systems. With these move, Microsoft will be working on the calibre of other companies on the frontline of AI such as Google, Amazon, Facebook and Tesla.

Artificial Intelligence bears with it the promise of output delivery faster, more accurately and in large volumes. However, like the many tools already applied in Microsoft, AI is simply a tool. The systems will still need all employees to work in cooperation towards the achievement of the company’s mission and vision. Towards this regard, most systems will be receiving new features that may be unfamiliar to you. Our software engineers will conduct training although there are no major differences to the systems we run as the processing that we refer to AI like machine learning, perception, reasoning and problem solving will be backend interacting with the hardware seamlessly.

I must dismiss misconceptions about mass unemployment or rise of machines resulting from AI. As a technology company, we all understand how machines work to figure out that the best outcome is achieved by the amalgamation of human beings and their tools and not one in the stead of another. For further discovery with regards to the applications of AI in information systems, the Human Resources invites all interested parties in a public lecture this evening at the conference hall at 12 O’clock 23^rd February.
