Quarter one
First, the most crucial factor to consider was the naming of the company. The name settled on was Assorted Bicycle Incorporation (ABI) which would communicate on the different brands of bicycles. This was followed by assigning the market position to an experienced team of members. This was then followed by buying 800 market research total size, amounting to 72800, where it was anticipated to get only a 4.59 error.
Quarter Two
This would entail selecting the target segment and putting youth as the priority and work as the 2nd priority. The type of the bicycle brand is comfort and would hence require $3000 for design. This was followed by setting a sales office at 350000, where the new York branch would cost 275000, and Konya one would go for 80000. This happened at the 2nd Quarter in that it was projected that there would be high sales for the brand and hence the geographical place and not be a place with such demand.
Quarter three
For this Quarter, there was an opening of the two stores, where seven people were hired for both stores. Four individuals manned the Konya Store, while the rest were allocated to the New York One. 2 out of the 7 were personal ones since it was most likely that individual demand will be low at the commencement of the store. It was projected that the demand of each person would be 15, hence yielding a total demand of 105 in the 3rd Quarter. The total incurred in the Third Quarter was 493378, which was okay considering the projected sales.
Quarter four.
For this Quarter, there was a need to make some adjustments to the brand. This was by redesigning a new brand of bicycle called ABI plus, which includes extra unique features. As a result, the projected 76 demand per sales individual gave 1368 demand in the Quarter. In this Quarter, two more stores were opened in Portland and Amsterdam at the cost of 215500. In addition, the company decided to buy 6000 market research around the globe.
